Imagine what your life would be like today if you had been paid $1.00, $.50, or even $.25 for each of the 40-million dollars worth of Ginsu knives sold on television or for every "top tunes" record album sold for years on those familiar commercials.
If only you had known the secret ...these product sales could have made you wealthy-without your having been responsible for producing the product, fulfilling orders, and without it having cost you one cent.
Products that sell best fill a common need or desire and are of benefit to a broad spectrum of the public. They can be demonstrated easily and interestingly and have impulse appeal. They offer a four times mark-up above the manufacture price and still represent good value to the customer. These items have unique features that set them apart from, and make them more desirable than, similar ones that are readily available. (What made an ordinary knife, mixer, and wok, TV cash register bonanzas? They were made to appear extraordinary by the magic of creative commercials.
Kitchen gadgets like the Chop-O-Matic, small appliances such as the food dehydrator, closet organizers, small exercise equipment, and automotive care items are all examples of excellent products.
It's easy to get started! Begin to consider every product you see or hear about as a possible money-maker, and measure each against the criteria above. Think about products made and/or sold by your business, the company you work for, your friends businesses, or those that you frequent. Look for items being demonstrated at trade shows, county fairs, and swap meets. When you find a product you believe would be strong seller, find out the name of it and the manufacturer's name, address, and telephone number.
A “REWARD” of up to $10,000 will be paid to each person who submits a product we use successfully.
If we like the product, obtain rights to it, and go national, you get a reward. If you submit more than one "successful" product, you will receive a reward for each one. The amount of the reward is based on the successfulness of the product submitted.
Why are we offering this reward? Because we need your help. Although we spend a great deal of time every year searching fairs, trade shows, and publications, and reviewing submissions to find new products to present on television, it is impossible to find every potential winner that may be out there.
Each product submitted must be clearly marked with submitter's name, address, and telephone number and must list names of products.
Each product must be submitted with an attached list that sets forth the following:
1. Submitter's name, address, and telephone number
R.W. Blagg International is continuously searching the marketplace for new products in connection with its marketing programs. This is not a contest or sweepstakes, but a nationwide search for products. We spend thousands of dollars in our search, and we are willing to pay a “reward” to individuals who provide us a “new” product. “New” means that the product has not appeared on national or regional cable television or been on store shelves in the last 10 years. All submissions become the property of R.W. Blagg International. Submitter warrants and represents that he or she has the legal right to make such submission and will hold R.W. Blagg International harmless against any third party claim. In the case of duplicate products being submitted, R.W. Blagg International will be the sole judge of the recipient of the reward. In the case of multiple “successful submissions” of distinctly different products, multiple rewards will be awarded. To qualify for the reward, the product submitted must be accepted by R.W. Blagg International, and at the sole discretion and judgment of R.W. Blagg International, after appropriate evaluation and testing. The reward is completely separate of any ongoing royalty or similar arrangement that may be negotiated with and paid to the actual owner of the rights to the “successful” product. R.W. Blagg International has the right to require the name and photograph of reward recipients for use in its future promotional activities as a condition to the reward. Any dispute, controversy, or claim between submitter and R.W. Blagg International will be arbitrated in Winthrop Harbor, IL in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Submitter must be over 18 years of age and this offer is not valid in states or territories where it would be prohibited.
